BOUNCE & BARRE will give you a full body sweat while getting toned on your own trampoline. With heavy emphasis on cardio fitness, fast-paced movement, and barre technique, this class is for the movers and shakers of St. Augustine. Class can be experienced with or without shoes.


LiFT Looking for something more intense? Our LiFT classes offer a weighted experience that highlights building your strength. Using dumbbells and other weight equipment, and incorporating power lifting into a high energy workout, LiFT will get you to your PR weight in no time! Class is best experienced with shoes.

 

SCULPT If you’re wanting to SCULPT, join us for a stamina and technique class that focuses on balancing your routine. Using high rep counts and a rotation of equipment, your abs and butt will be burning in the best way!  MIND. BODY. MOVE. Class can be experienced with or without shoes. *Bring a yoga mat

 

SWEAT Our SWEAT workout targets those who want to flex their focus on functional movement, incorporating cardio, strength, and conditioning. Previously MUSCLE & SWEAT, this all-rounder is tailored to destroy your goals! Class is best experienced with shoes.


YOGA Series Our YOGA series offers three different classes that satisfy your craving for a centered and balanced practice. YOGA SCULPT will focus on poses that builds stamina through repetition.
